CountryLine Membership Terms and Conditions

Welcome to CountryLine! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CountryLine membership club, including CountryLine TV, CountryLine Radio, our website, social media channels, newsletters, and all related membership benefits.

By registering for a CountryLine membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Membership Types and Billing

CountryLine offers two subscription tiers. By signing up, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

  • Monthly Membership (£4.99 / month): Billed on a recurring monthly basis from the date of your initial sign-up.
  • Annual Membership (£49.99 / year): Billed on a recurring annual basis. This tier provides twelve (12) months of access for the price of ten (10), equating to two months free compared to the monthly rate.

1.1. Auto-Renewal: Both membership tiers will automatically renew at the end of their respective billing cycles (monthly or annually) unless canceled prior to the renewal date. 1.2. Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our membership prices. We will provide members with a minimum of 30 days’ notice before any price changes take effect.

2. Membership Benefits

As a CountryLine member, you are entitled to the following benefits, subject to availability and specific event terms:

  • VIP Access to Events, Bars, and Clubs: Members may receive priority entry, discounted entry, or VIP area access at partnered venues and CountryLine events. Note: Entry is always subject to venue capacity, age restrictions (e.g., 18+), and the venue’s individual right of admission.
  • Access to the Artists You Love: Includes exclusive interviews, Q&As, meet-and-greets, or virtual events hosted on CountryLine platforms.
  • Members-Only Competitions, Merch, and Tickets: Access to exclusive merchandise drops, pre-sale ticketing links, and member-only giveaways. Standard competition rules will apply to individual giveaways.
  • Trips to Music City: Members will have exclusive opportunities to win or purchase curated travel packages. Note: Unless explicitly stated in a specific giveaway, travel, accommodation, and personal expenses are not automatically included with your £4.99/£49.99 membership fee.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

  • How to Cancel: You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings on the CountryLine website.
  • Access After Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your membership benefits until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
  • Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partially used billing periods unless required by law.

4. CountryLine Content (TV, Radio, Website)

Your membership grants you personal, non-commercial access to CountryLine TV, CountryLine Radio, and exclusive editorial content.

  • You may not download, record, distribute, or broadcast any exclusive CountryLine content without our express written permission.
  • Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Your membership is for your individual use only.

5. User Conduct

We want CountryLine to be a welcoming community for all country music fans.

  • Whether interacting on our socials, attending events, or participating in virtual Q&As, members are expected to treat artists, staff, and fellow fans with respect.
  • CountryLine reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership of any individual found to be engaging in harassment, abuse, or violation of venue rules, without a refund.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business or legal requirements. We will notify members of any significant changes via the email address associated with their account.
