We Talk To Kane Brown At C2C 2024
Kane Brown sure did put some miles on it when he took to the stage to headline C2C festival in 2024!
He brought the energy to London’s 02 arena on the debut night of the 3-day long celebration of all things country music, which is where our CountryLine team caught up with him…
Tune in to hear the multi-platinum artist chat about how grateful he is, being from a small town in the US, that he has such a growing fan base in the UK. We also hear about the magical moment his 4-year-old daughter joined him on stage and the career milestone of performing in Madison Square Garden back in 2022.
The 31-year old made country music history by becoming the first artist to have simultaneous number ones on all five main Billboard country charts, back in 2017, less than a year after releasing his debut studio album. His #1 hit ‘Heaven’ became certified double-platinum, Found You’ from the deluxe edition of his debut album hit gold along with ‘There Goes My Everything’ and with over 240 million streams, ‘What Ifs’ featuring Lauren Alaina reached incredible triple-platinum status.
He actually has social media to thank for his rise in the world of country music, after posting covers online to tracks by Brantley Gilbert and George Strait, back in 2014. He reached a huge 1 million views in less than three hours when he teased one of his earlier songs ‘Used To Love You Sober’ , leading to an EP, signing a manager and taking the country music world by storm… Georgia style. He has also collaborated with his wife, Katelyn Brown, for some heartfelt personal songs including ‘Thank God’ and ‘Body Talk’ – the adoring couple, who married in 2018, are proud parents to two young girls and a boy.
Watch his performance at the 50th anniversary of the AMAs:
Back to the C2C stage though, Kane performed ‘Thank God’, ‘What Ifs’, ‘Heaven’ and ‘I Can Feel It’ to a sold out arena full of cowboy hats and tassels. 2024 continued to be a big year for him, nearly a decade after hitting the airwaves, with his ‘In The Air’ Tour seeing him entertain crowds across Australia and New Zealand alongside Kameron Marlowe and Kaylee Bell… not to mention the graft on working towards his newest album.
Life on the road very much continues for the 5X AMA award winning star, as he heads out on tour again following his highly anticipated album ‘The High Road’ in Spring of 2025. He will be joined by even more country stardom with Scotty McCreery, Mitchell Tenpenny, Ashley Cooke and Dasha who will all be supporting the 23-city show tour, kicking off in San Diego in March.
As 2025 unfolds, Kane Brown continues to solidify his place in country music while embracing new chapters in his personal life and we can’t wait to see what’s next!
