With the CMA Fest festivities in full swing, the CMA organization proudly hosted its annual 2026 Touring Awards ceremony, honoring everyone who works tirelessly behind-the-scenes for the love of music.
Presented by STRAUSS, Keith Urban hosted the event yesterday evening, shining a spotlight on the industry personnel who make the magic happen. Whether they are publicists, business managers, stage crews, or lighting directors — they all play such an important role in the life of an artist and their career. Lainey Wilson and her “Whirlwind” world tour crew received the highest award of the evening, “Crew of the Year.”
CMA CEO Sarah Trahern said, “At CMA, our mission has always been centered around you. We exist to support music industry professionals and strengthen the community that you bring life to every single day.” Honorees were nominated for their 2025 tours and performances, and celebrated at the Pinnacle in downtown Nashville.
