Morgan Wallen and Ella Langley revisit “Sand In My Boots” ahead of new single

Morgan Wallen and Ella Langley are giving fans an early look at their chemistry – just hours before dropping their new single “I Can’t Love You Anymore.”

SiriusXM has just shared an official live video of the pair performing “Sand In My Boots,” building momentum around the release. The performance itself was recorded earlier this month at The Pinnacle in Nashville, during an intimate show celebrating the launch of “Morgan Wallen Radio.”

A stripped-back performance that actually works

The setup is simple – Wallen on piano, Langley stepping in alongside him – but it doesn’t need much more than that.

It gives the song a slightly different feel from the original, with more space for both of them vocally. There’s no big production moment, just the two of them leaning into it, and it lands because of that.

Their voices sit well together too. Nothing overdone, nothing forced – it just sounds natural.

Perfect timing ahead of their new single

The timing here isn’t accidental.

Wallen and Langley are set to release “I Can’t Love You Anymore” at midnight, a collaboration they already debuted live at Bryant-Denny Stadium in Tuscaloosa.

Between that and this Nashville performance (recorded April 2, but shared today), it feels like they’re setting the tone for what’s coming.

Langley’s coming into this off a big stretch.

“Choosin’ Texas” is still holding strong, and Dandelion debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200. It’s been a steady rise, but right now she’s right in the middle of it.

Linking up with Wallen at this point feels like a natural move – not a reach.

More than just a one-off moment

Wallen’s already had Langley out on tour, and this pairing’s been building over time.

This performance just adds another layer to it – and makes the new single feel like part of something bigger rather than a one-off collab.

If this is anything to go by, there’s a good chance it lands.
